Delete your Lexio account
You can delete your account and all your data at any time. Here are two ways to do it.
This cannot be undone. Deleting your account permanently removes your progress, quiz scores, XP, streak and speaking practice history. If you come back later you will start again from the placement test.
Option 1 — fastest
Delete it in the app
- Open the Lexio app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account
- Confirm twice
Your account is removed immediately.
Option 2 — if you already uninstalled
Ask us to delete it
Send us the email address you registered with. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your placement test result and enrolled course
- All lesson progress, quiz scores, XP and streak
- Your speaking practice history
- Your login credentials
What we may keep
If you have paid course fees at the centre, we keep the payment record for accounting purposes as required by law. That record contains your name and the amount paid — nothing about your app usage.
